It's April Fool's Day and we're having some fun!! Last night before bed I dyed the last of the gallon of milk purple..the kids (and Dave) got a fun surprise when they went to pour some this morning!
In school we talked about the origin of April Fool's day and how it is celebrated in other countries. We copied these sayings in our journaling notebooks.
Before Emily was up this morning, Nathan snuck in her room and mismatched all her socks! She returned the favor by hiding his "real" lunch and filling his plate with fake food!
I hear that other jokes are in the works for later today...I heard rumors of meatloaf & mashed potato "cupcakes" for dinner and whipped cream or mayonnaise on toothbrushes instead of toothpaste!
